Comment: Our family LOVES this! We are rock climbers, longboarders, surfers, skiers, hikers, mountain bikers etc. It has been a fun trainer for all of us, old parents and teens. We started the roller on the carpet so we would get used to the movement and balance and now are trying it on hard cement floors with no problems. The air cushion is also useful for other types of balancing. The board has grip tape and is wide enough to practice stance and also switch foot. Some other models are more the width of a skateboard, which is limiting.

Comment: I bought this for my 12 yr old son for Christmas. He realy enjoys using it. He plays football and basketball and I really think this will help him strengthen his core.

Comment: Multi-functional training stuff that really works even for a beginner. Using it is a lot of fun and the DVD gives you some ideas how to improve. Great to have indoors while waiting for the next time to surf!
